CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancel anytime before shipping for a full refund to your PayPal account.
- If your order has shipped, you must return the item at your expense to receive a refund.
SHIPPING & PRODUCTION
- Production time: Varies by painting type (see item descriptions for details).
- Delivery: Shipped via DHL or FedEx worldwide, directly to your door.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once the painting ships.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
- 30-day full refund guarantee: If you’re unhappy with your painting for any reason, contact us to initiate a return.
- Steps: Return the painting at your expense. Once received, we’ll issue a full refund via PayPal.
PRODUCTION TIMELINE
- You’ll receive your painting in 9–12 days:
- 3–5 days for painting completion
- 5–7 days for delivery via FedEx
PACKING, SHIPPING, & DELIVERY
- Packaging: Paintings are rolled (unframed and unstretched) in a sturdy plastic tube for safe international shipping.
- Shipping: Free worldwide delivery via FedEx, with 5–7 days of international express shipping.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be sent via shop notification ~4 days after shipping.
ARTIST SIGNATURE
- Default: Signature on the back of the canvas (hang it in any orientation).
- Custom request: Indicate at purchase if you want the signature on the front (typically bottom-right, based on your preferred hanging position).
ARTWORK ACCURACY
- Style & quality: Your painting will mirror the online listing in style, colors, and quality.
- Hand-painted disclaimer: Since each piece is handcrafted, brushstrokes may vary slightly (unlike machine prints). We guarantee the same beauty and craftsmanship as shown.
FRAMING & STRETCHING
- Shipping condition: Paintings are rolled (unframed/unstretched) in a PVC tube to prevent damage.
- Post-shipping steps: Stretch the painting on a wooden frame or frame it locally. The artwork includes a 2–3 inch white border for easy stretching/framing.
LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS

Inspection tip: Unpack in front of the courier. If damaged:
- Ask the courier to note "damaged" on the waybill.
- Take photos of the package and artwork, then send them to us. We’ll handle the courier and arrange a replacement.
- If the courier leaves the package at your door: Skip step 1, but follow step 2. Keep the damaged item and packaging until resolved.
CUSTOMIZED ORDERS
- Size & shape options: Most designs come in 4 orientations (square, vertical, horizontal, panoramic) and 5–6 sizes.
- Need a custom size? Send us your dimensions for a quote. We’ll reply within 24 hours (accounting for time zones).
